OOBE team day

There is something really special about stepping away from the screens and bringing the whole OOBE team together. Today, we have gathered at The Grove in Newcastle to celebrate a year of growth, creativity, and connection.

​It has been a significant year for the practice, and today is all about reflecting on our collective achievements and the projects we have delivered.

​We spent a productive morning diving deep into what our culture means to us and talking about the ambitious goals we have for the year ahead. However, it is not all talk; this afternoon, we are putting our design skills to the ultimate test with a team challenge to conceptualise an RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden.
