There is something really special about stepping away from the screens and bringing the whole OOBE team together. Today, we have gathered at The Grove in Newcastle to celebrate a year of growth, creativity, and connection.
It has been a significant year for the practice, and today is all about reflecting on our collective achievements and the projects we have delivered.
We spent a productive morning diving deep into what our culture means to us and talking about the ambitious goals we have for the year ahead. However, it is not all talk; this afternoon, we are putting our design skills to the ultimate test with a team challenge to conceptualise an RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden.
