Phase 1 at Monifieth Learning Campus
We’re delighted to mark the completion of Phase 1 at Monifieth Learning Campus, where the school community has now moved into the new Passivhaus school building. OOBE has been proud to deliver the external spaces for the school, including improved and safe access, outdoor learning areas, sports facilities, external dining and seating areas, gardens, and develop habitat enhancements across the site.
Phase 1 has delivered the main playground, the Hub Heart, the Early Years garden, and the ASN garden — each designed with a thoughtful mix of seating, surfacing, planting, and play equipment to create inclusive and welcoming spaces.
With the tandem build approach, pupils have been able to start the new term in their fantastic new surroundings, while phase 2 now gets underway to complete the rest of the site, including the main pedestrian avenue, additional sports facilities, allotment, and further habitat creation, due for completion next summer.
